As early as possible. Popular dates can fill quickly, and Jennifer paints a limited number of weddings each year. If your date is within the next few months, still reach out — there may be availability.
To hold your date, we require a retainer and a signed agreement. Once both are complete, your spot is locked in and we begin preparing your painting details.
We are based in Miamisburg, Ohio, and travel up to 100 miles with no additional fees. We’re happy to travel farther with travel costs covered.
Studio visits are available by appointment if you’d like to meet in person, view artwork, or discuss a commissioned portrait.
Absolutely. Our clients often share personal touches such as pets, heirlooms, or special elements they’d like included.
